Besides non-medical and medical in home care, our Life Enrichment Manager has also put together a complete list of pre-approved Geriatric Case Management companies.  Their expertise, advocacy and support are available to our members for the short-term or on an ongoing basis. They can help you determine, plan and access what is needed in your unique situation. Then they can oversee the progress of your plan and help you make adjustments as needed.  They are all credentialed experts in geriatric care with specialties in social work, nursing (both medical and non-medical) or mental health.
